Today was Saturday. I find it hard to do much when all the kids are home. I did accomplish some baking. I made Zucchini orange loaves, and cranberry loaves, to put in the freezer. We did eat one of the Zucchini Orange loaves though, but the rest are put away for future use. I felt as though it was an accomplishment, albeit small.
